Qualifications

Remote BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Location: New York
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Type: Full-time

About the Role:
WonderWay ABA is looking for a passionate and experienced BCBA to join our remote team! If you’re someone who truly cares about helping kids with Autism thrive, loves collaborating with families and RBTs, and wants the flexibility of working from home, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Do virtual assessments and write up treatment plans

  • Supervise clients and RBTs remotely (mostly through video calls)

  • Review client data to track progress and adjust plans as needed

  • Coach and support families on how to follow treatment strategies at home

  • Keep in regular contact with clients, families, and our clinical team

  • Be responsive, supportive, and ready to help however you can

What We’re Looking For:

  • BCBA certification (must have)

  • Master’s degree in ABA or a related field

  • At least 2 years of experience working with kids with autism (preferred)

  • Solid telehealth/remote experience is a big plus

  • Comfortable using digital tools and video conferencing

  • Great communication and time-management skills

  • Able to stay organized and work independently from home
