Regions is accepting applications for a Vendor Manager - Business Segment to support and administer vendor management for a designated area. The role ensures due diligence, risk assessment and continuing vendor monitoring are being accomplished, and it works to assess, address and monitor business impacts of outsourced service relationships.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison for area/division in partnership with Corporate Procurement to manage vendor relationships.
• Identifies, reports, and tracks vendor risk issues and remediation plans.
• Ensures due diligence, risk assessment and vendor monitoring are accomplished.
• Oversees reporting, documentation and deliverables for vendor surveys and files.
• Facilitates contracts renewals to align SLAs with business needs.
• Manages TPQ submissions and related vendor risk reviews.
• Oversees third-party contract reviews with Corporate Procurement.
• Facilitates resolution of escalated vendor-related issues.
• Reviews SOC reports as part of the TPQ process.
• May lead procurement activities with vendors.
