WaterBridge is seeking a Vendor Management Specialist to manage vendor data, onboarding, compliance, and cross-department collaboration. The role includes validating banking details, tax IDs, and insurance certificates, while supporting the legal team with agreements. The position is full-time with a hybrid schedule in Houston, TX.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in vendor management, strong detail orientation, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with offices and vendors.
WaterBridge is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Vendor Management Specialist to become a pivotal part of our team at WaterBridge. In this role, you will make significant contributions to our vendor and supplier accounts. This role will oversee all vendor and supplier requests and account maintenance. This role will work closely with multiple departments and management.

This is a full-time position.
Shift includes standard work week with half day Fridays.
Monday – Thursday (9 hours) & Friday (4 hours).
Hybrid position, with the flexibility to work remotely.
