Job summary

Maintina — Asset-Light Facility Services is seeking a Vendor Management & Service Delivery Manager to own Maintina's nationwide network of third‑party providers. This is a remote role, starting as a hands-on individual contributor, with progression toward leading the vendor-management function as the network scales.

You will build coverage across trades, own rate cards and negotiations, establish a formal supplier performance program, and partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor management, facilities management, field services, procurement, or service operations.
• Demonstrated ownership of a service-provider or subcontractor network.
• Strong track record negotiating rate cards and commercial terms.
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor before building a team.
• Strong analytical and financial skills (margins, unit economics).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage provider coverage across trades and geographies.
• Own rate cards and commercial negotiations (labor rates, trip charges, after-hours rates, material markups).
• Build a formal provider performance program with scorecards and KPIs (response time, first-time completion, SLA compliance, callback/rework rate, etc.).
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Serve as business owner for provider-related workflows in the company's CMMS / FM platform (onboarding, dispatching, invoicing, reporting).

Vendor Management & Service Delivery Manager

Owns Maintina's nationwide network of third-party service providers end-to-end — sourcing, rate-card development, contract negotiation, performance management, and cost optimization. This is a remote position, starting as a hands‑on individual contributor (no team initially), with the expectation of growing into a leadership role building out the vendor‑management function as the network scales.

What They'll Do

• Build and manage provider coverage across trades and geographies, including preferred/backup relationships.
• Own rate cards and commercial negotiations (labor rates, trip charges, after‑hours rates, material markups).
• Build a formal provider performance program with scorecards and KPIs (response time, first‑time completion, SLA compliance, callback/rework rate, etc.).
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Serve as business owner for provider‑related workflows in the company's CMMS / FM platform (onboarding, dispatching, invoicing, reporting).
