Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of vendor management, partner relations, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of TPRM standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct business reviews and risk assessments while ensuring adherence to TPRM standards.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendors and address issues promptly.
• Manage onboarding for new vendors, timelines and required documentation.
• Review certificates of insurance for contractual compliance.
• Monitor vendor performance metrics and report insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with procurement, legal, and finance to streamline processes.
• Build and maintain partnerships with the various business line owners you will support.
