Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VMO Manager to establish and run the vendor management office within Technology, driving governance, performance, and value realization across MSP engagements. You will partner with Security, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in vendor management, service delivery management, IT operations, or sourcing within a Technology organization.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Experience designing governance models, SLAs/XLAs, KPIs, and vendor scorecards.

Responsibilities

• Designs and operates the VMO governance framework for MSPs, including cadence, artifacts, and decision rights (QBR/MBR, contract reviews, risk reviews, improvement plans).
• Establishes standardized vendor playbooks, including SLAs/XLAs, KPIs, escalation paths, RACI, and performance scorecards.
