Job summary

LMK Recruiting Solutions' client is a nationwide network of third-party service providers handling sourcing, rate-card development, contract negotiation, performance management, and cost optimization. The role starts as a hands-on individual contributor and is expected to grow into a leadership position building out the vendor-management function as the network scales.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in vendor management, facilities management, field services, procurement, or service operations.
• Demonstrated ownership of a service-provider or subcontractor network.
• Strong track record negotiating rate cards and commercial terms.
• Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor before building a team.
• Strong analytical and financial skills (margins, unit economics).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage provider coverage across trades and geographies.
• Own rate cards and commercial negotiations (labor rates, trip charges, after-hours rates, material markups).
• Build a formal provider performance program with scorecards and KPIs (response time, first-time completion, SLA compliance, callback/rework rate, etc.).
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Serve as business owner for provider-related workflows in the company's CMMS / FM platform (onboarding, dispatching, invoicing, reporting).
