Job summary

Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Inc. is seeking a seasoned vendor management professional to lead performance, risk, and relationship management across our supplier base in the Central U.S.

The role focuses on developing vendor scorecards, reviews, and strategic alignment with business needs. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, ensure contract deliverables, and communicate insights to executives.

• Effectively develop, interpret, and act on data visualizations and analytics, particularly with regards to trends in vendor performance, activity, and risk, while demonstrating superior communication skills rooted in empathy and integrity to clearly convey insights, influence stakeholders, and foster collaborative vendor relationships

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $145,000-170,000 USD annually. Base salary range for this position is included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, and qualifications/experience.
