Job summary

HD Supply Management, LLC is seeking a warehouse-inventory professional to serve as a liaison between the organization and the customer served by provided solutions. You will maintain all day-to-day functions in a Vendor Managed Inventory site within a client's facility.

The role involves monitoring replenishment orders, inventory transfers, reports, and stock levels while communicating with stakeholders about stocking and seasonal changes. 50 lb lifts and occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; training may be required.
• Generally 2–5 years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of daily replenishment orders.
• Receive daily replenishment and branch transfers to maintain inventory.
• Complete control reports as described in operations manual.
• Monitor and adjust min/max parameters to maintain levels.
• Communicate market and customer conditions to stakeholders.
• Engage with customer about stocking, assortment, and seasonal changes.
• Monitor inventory and maintain regional items as needed.
