Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain contact with vendors after Purchase Order award.
• Monitor issuance of Purchase Orders and communicate with vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors and logistics for proper delivery of goods.
• Oversee closeout of the order, including payment of invoices.
