Job summary

Notre Dame is seeking a six-month internship to enter and maintain vendor and contract information in a custom application, organize contracts, renewals and related documents, and review records for inconsistencies. You will use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to summarize documents, extract key information, and support data cleanup, while keeping progress trackers up to date in a hybrid work model across multiple U.S.

locations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow established processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Interest in using AI tools to improve productivity and accuracy.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain vendor and contract information in a custom application.
• Capture key contract details, including dates, renewal terms, costs, licensing information, and vendor contacts.
• Upload and organize vendor contracts, renewals, order forms, and related documentation.
• Review records for missing information, duplicates, and inconsistencies.
• Maintain progress trackers and communicate status updates and blockers.
• Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to summarize documents, extract key information, and support data cleanup efforts.
• Document workflows and support process improvement initiatives.
