Job summary

Sungrow North America is seeking a Vendor Compliance & Escalation Specialist to audit providers across the USA, including on-site reviews, documentation checks, and corrective action planning. The role partners with compliance, operations, and legal teams to strengthen vendor management and ensure contract adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• CCEP demonstrates compliance and ethics knowledge.
• CRMP helps assess vendor risks and controls.
• OSHA/EHS certification supports safety auditing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite audits to verify vendor compliance with standards and policies.
• Review contracts, reports, change orders, and invoices for accuracy.
• Identify non-compliance trends and provide root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Perform detailed vendor documentation reviews and contract term checks.
• Travel up to 50% to perform audits and inspections across vendor locations.
• Document findings and maintain an audit trail for accountability.
• Generate management reports with key findings and improvement recommendations.
• Stay current on compliance trends and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with compliance, operations, and legal teams to align vendor management.
• Foster strong vendor relationships and clear communication to minimize findings.
