Job summary

Pepsi MidAmerica is hiring a Vending Service Technician for Paducah, KY and surrounding areas. The role involves performing complete service calls, responding to emergencies, and installing or replacing vending machines, coolers, and fountain equipment under guidance from the Vending Service Manager.

You will tag equipment, verify proper operation before closing work orders, and maintain inventory records. A valid Class D license and DOT certificate are required, along with a high school diploma

Qualifications

• Valid Class D license.
• Valid DOT Certificate.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 25 pounds.
• Must live in or near the Paducah, KY area.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete service calls for all assigned work orders each day.
• Respond promptly to emergency service requests dispatched by Customer Service.
• Install, remove, and replace vending machines, coolers, and fountain equipment as assigned by the Vending Service Manager.
• Complete equipment tags documenting the condition of all equipment returned to the Marion Service Department.
• Verify that each piece of equipment is operating properly before closing the work order.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for vending and dispensing parts issued.
• Experience working with small engines is a plus.
