Pepsi MidAmerica is seeking a dependable Vending Service Technician to join our team in the Chester, IL area. You will service, install, repair, and replace vending machines, ensuring proper operation and delivering outstanding customer service.

This full-time role offers on-the-job training, weekly pay, health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid vacation, and a stable, family-owned workplace. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to repeatedly lift and move 25 pounds or more.
• Must reside in or near the Chester, IL area.
• Must maintain a clean-shaven appearance.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned service calls and work orders efficiently each day.
• Respond promptly to emergency service requests as dispatched by Customer Service.
• Install, remove, repair, and replace vending machines, coolers, and fountain equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues to ensure proper operation.
• Verify all equipment is functioning correctly before closing work orders.
• Complete equipment documentation, including condition tags for returned equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for vending and dispensing parts.
• Work safely while delivering exceptional service to customers.
