Job summary

drinkLAB, a subsidiary of Atlantic Bottling Company, is seeking a Replenishment Associate to support warehouse operations in Cedar Rapids, IA. The role includes picking orders, staging deliveries, and assisting route delivery when needed.

Position is part-time and involves loading trucks, coordinating with the sales team, and maintaining safety standards in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
• CDL (Class A or B) is desired; we can help obtain.
• Experience with moving equipment (forklift, pallet jack, dolleys) is needed.
• Ability to read, count and follow directions.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent team player.
• Ability to make frequent visits to customer locations as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record required; must meet insurability requirements.
• Good problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Regular, consistent attendance is essential.
• Some light computer experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Utilize handheld/iPad and cart to pick orders for next-day delivery.
• Stage and load delivery trucks; unload and prep trucks for next day.
• Ride-along with delivery team and assist with route delivery when possible.
• Serve as liaison for sales team, maintaining professional contact with customers.
• Follow product rotation procedures (shelving, coolers, displays, back-stock).
• Communicate account issues and new vending opportunities to DL leadership.
• Move products throughout the warehouse safely using equipment.
• Count and inspect product; resolve discrepancies and minimize damage.
• Comply with safety procedures and keep DL area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
