Job summary

PepsiCo in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a delivery driver to drive a PepsiCo truck on a local route, serving stores with care. You will deliver and check in orders, unload products, stock shelves, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness.

Training is provided for the ordering system and record-keeping. You will build trusted relationships with store managers, drive sales, and implement national and local initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law.
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care.
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed).
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers.
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided).
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives.
