Job summary

Imperial Companies in El Paso, TX is seeking an Entry level Service Technician to perform daily service calls and maintenance on vending equipment. This full-time role includes a day shift, on-call rotation, and a training program to build mechanical and electrical skills.

Candidates with a High School diploma are welcome; prior experience helps but is not required as training is provided. You will work in a non-climate controlled shop environment and travel to client sites as needed.

• Willingness to travel to client locations to service equipment and installs.

Responsibilities

• Answer service calls.
• Setup of various vending equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Provide World Class Service to improve and maintain client relations.
• Work on-call rotation.
• Drive company vehicle in all weather elements.
• Lift and load/unload (100+ pounds) on/off vehicle to clients.
• Walk, stand, bend, reach, climb stairs, drive.
• Deductive reasoning to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Maintain parts and tool inventories.
• Use hand tools, pallet jacks, forklifts, truck lift gates.
• Be on time and present.
• We will train; experience is helpful but not required.
