Job summary

Natuals2Go Plus is seeking an Account Manager to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and support for vending machines. You will manage customer accounts, maintain inventory levels, and resolve issues promptly while collaborating with the operations team.

Responsibilities include restocking, auditing, and maintaining machines, building customer relationships, and upselling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as in a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and perform stocking duties.

Responsibilities

• Service vending machines at customer locations by restocking products, ensuring cleanliness, and performing routine maintenance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Manage inventory levels and replenish stock to meet demand and ensure product availability.
• Track inventory, sales, and spoilage using company systems.
• Conduct regular audits of vending machines and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate machine installations, relocations, and removals with the operations team.
• Provide training and support to customers on how to use vending machines.
