Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience.
• 3-5 years interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
• Automotive manufacturing experience.
• Experience performing mechanical and electromechanical analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating technical reports and documenting validation findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle evaluation and validation activities per customer checklists and standards.
• Conduct launch readiness evaluations and document identified issues.
• Perform dynamic and static vehicle assessments using VOC criteria.
• Execute functional and geometric analysis of vehicle systems and components.
• Conduct comfort analyses for interior and exterior vehicle systems.
• Generate detailed analysis reports documenting findings, concerns, and recommendations.
• Review and validate engineering analysis work submitted by partners.
• Complete ECP checklists and evaluate change impacts.
• Provide periodic status reports and issue summaries to management.
