Job summary

Camping World seeks a Title Clerk to manage motor vehicle titling, registrations, and related legal documents. You will handle title acquisitions, lien payoffs, and transfers to dealers, ensuring accuracy and timely processing across states.

The role requires formal title experience, DMV rule familiarity, tax knowledge, and strong organizational skills. This full-time position offers benefits and growth within a large RV retailer network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience in title work.
• Working knowledge of title requirements in every state.
• Familiarity with DMV rules and requirements.
• Knowledge of loan origination functions mandatory.
• Knowledge of State Tax Codes and multi-state sales tax.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Process the acquisition of titles from original owners.
• Make lien payoffs.
• Title transfers to the receiving dealership.
• Ensures accurate and timely titling/registrations of vehicles.
• Record and maintain new and used inventory on IDS Accounting System.
