Job summary

GLS North America is seeking a CVO Test Driver to perform vehicle evaluations, complete test routes, inspect vehicles, and document findings to help ensure quality and performance. Every day brings a different vehicle and testing assignment, offering exposure to the latest automotive technology in a professional testing environment.

Starting pay is $19.00/hour with a Monday–Friday schedule, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, weekends off, and access to weekly and on-demand pay along with comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to confidently operate a manual transmission.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete documentation.
• Dependable, safety-focused and able to work independently.
• Comfortable sitting for extended periods while driving.
• Able to meet background check and drug screen requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive assigned vehicle durability routes following established testing procedures.
• Perform vehicle evaluations under various driving conditions.
• Complete daily driver reports and document test results accurately.
• Conduct vehicle safety inspections and report concerns.
• Test vehicle systems including engine, transmission, braking, noise, vibration, and overall performance.
• Assist with vehicle preparation, shuttling, detailing, and other garage tasks.
• Follow all customer safety policies and procedures.
• Mentor other drivers when assigned.
