Job summary

In this hands-on internship, you will evaluate vehicle technologies, analyze customer feedback, document concerns, and present findings to cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Junior or Senior year at the start of the upcoming term.
• GPA 3.0 or above; transcripts may be requested.
• Ability to work onsite at Smyrna, TN.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate vehicle systems, software updates, and new technologies including Head Unit, Telematics, and Autonomous Drive features.
• Conduct vehicle testing and drive evaluations to assess performance and customer experience.
• Document concerns, investigation results, and recommendations in technical reports.
• Analyze customer feedback and warranty data to identify trends and quality concerns.
• Present findings and validation results to engineering and cross-functional teams.
