Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related field.
• Proven automotive product development and vehicle systems engineering experience.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of vehicle integration.
• Structured problem-solving: root-cause analysis, containment, corrective action.
• Experience with design verification, validation, and lifecycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead vehicle-level development and execution for an assigned functional domain (Body, Interior, or Electrical).
• Define voice-of-the-customer requirements and program vehicle functional objectives.
• Develop and execute Design Verification Plans & Reports (DVP&R) for system and vehicle validation.
• Support integration of new vehicle features and advanced capabilities.
• Participate in cross-program technical governance to drive design consistency.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute ride-and-drive events and validation activities.
