Job summary

Peterbilt Motors Company, a PACCAR subsidiary, seeks a Systems Engineer to define software requirements for EVs, ADAS, and autonomous truck programs. You will lead architecture and requirements across NA, EU and Australia divisions, applying systems thinking and strong collaboration with engineering teams.

The role demands energetic, detail-oriented leadership with excellent communication and delivery focus, and occasional travel up to 10% to support global projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or related technical field.
5+ years of experience in automotive or related electronic modules/systems engineering.
Experience with requirement management tools (DOORS, DNG, JAMA).

Responsibilities

Lead all aspects of systems development including requirements definition and analysis.
Define and develop software specifications for systems in EVs, ADAS, and autonomous trucks.
Provide technical leadership and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ensure milestones are met and compliance with PACCAR processes.
