Henley Companies, the largest Valvoline Instant Oil Change franchisee in Anaheim, is hiring for entry-level positions. No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided and opportunities to advance within the company.

You'll learn oil changes, fluid checks, lights and wipers, and a path to management. Competitive hourly pay ($21/hour) with DailyPay access, uniforms, PPE, and benefits in a team-focused environment.

• Willingness to learn VIOC SuperPro process.
• No prior experience required.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
