Henley Companies, the largest franchisee of Valvoline Instant Oil Change, is hiring in California. No experience required; training is provided and advancement opportunities exist. You will assist customers, perform oil changes, check fluids, and inspect lights and wipers in a fast-paced shop.

We offer paid on-the-job training, a supportive team, and benefits including medical, dental, Vision, and a 401(k). Most locations close by 7pm; flexible part-time or full-time options may be available.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Must learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks.
• Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
