Henley Companies, the largest Valvoline Instant Oil Change franchisee, seeks team members to provide quick, friendly service in a fast-paced shop. You will perform oil changes, fluid checks, light inspections, and related maintenance while following safety procedures.

No prior experience required in our centers; we train on the job. Paid training, opportunities for advancement, flexible hours, and benefits are offered at many locations in California.

Qualifications

• Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or questions.
• Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention.
• Basic computer knowledge/aptitude
• Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
