Columbus Fair Auto Auction in Obetz, OH is seeking a Vehicle Registration Specialist / Customer Service to support dealer registration, check-in and registration paperwork for auction transactions.

Qualifications

• Administrative, customer service, or related experience.
• Some automotive related experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess a valid driver's license for duration of employment.
• Clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage dealer registration and customer check-in processes.
• Verify documentation and maintain accurate customer records.
• Process vehicle registration paperwork to support auction transactions.
• Communicate registration requirements and next steps to customers.
• Maintain accurate logs, files, and documentation.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to resolve issues.
• Support efficient sale-day registration operations.
• Resolve documentation discrepancies and escalate issues as needed.
• Handle customer and transaction information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
