Job summary

Purpose Financial/Advance America. is seeking a detail‑oriented individual to support the Title Lending Repossession process. This role handles cases for recovery, coordinates with recovery agents and auctions, and tracks outcomes while working with Title Coordinators and other departments.

The position requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multi‑task in a high‑volume environment. 40 hours weekly, on site in Spartanburg, SC.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel included).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, evaluate information and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases of all assigned units for recovery.
• Relay invoicing or vendor change information to field personnel.
• Coordinate outsourcing repossessions with recovery companies and Auctions.
• Provide weekly/monthly reports to SLS/DDO on placements and outcomes.
• Collaborate with Title Coordinators and other teams as needed.
