CarMax is hiring a Reconditioning Associate to ensure every vehicle meets quality and presentation standards. You will log deliveries, move vehicles on the lot, and perform cleaning and detailing to CarMax's high standards.

You’ll work with a best‐in‐class team, gain hands-on automotive experience, and contribute to exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment. Evening and weekend availability is required, and a valid driver’s license is needed.

• Strong teamwork and communication to operate in a busy lot.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain safety standards on-site.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and in varying weather.

Responsabilités

• Log and track vehicle deliveries and inventory.
• Move and stage vehicles for customer viewing.
• Clean, detail, and recondition vehicles to meet CarMax quality standards.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming work environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Apply best practices in vehicle care and inventory management.
• Follow CarMax EH&S requirements and keep the work area tidy.
