Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2–3+ years of experience in automotive or vehicle reconditioning.
• Experience in estimating, auditing, or automotive repair preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor times, parts pricing, and automotive repair methods.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicles sent for sublet and off-site repairs with vendors.
• Act as liaison between Client Services, recon teams, shops, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor recon pipeline to support cycle-time reduction and throughput goals.
• Assist in cross‑department workflow coordination to boost efficiency.
• Maintain communication with auction and recon departments for proper vehicle movement.
