Job summary

Manheim, a Cox Automotive company, is seeking an Estimator II to provide accurate estimation for auction areas and reconditioning work. You’ll collaborate with maintenance, procurement and other teams to price parts, track timelines, and maintain detailed records.

Ideal candidates have strong attention to detail and excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, with relevant field experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides estimation services for an assigned auction area.
• Provides accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail and mechanic services.
• Communicates estimates to maintenance, reconditioning and other teams as required to initiate work.
• Works with procurement to ensure accurate pricing of parts and supplies.
• Monitors repair status, timelines, transport and customer communications.
• Keeps records of repair and reconditioning details and completes paperwork.
• Follows safety procedures and participates in Safety Excellence activities.
