Job summary

Goken is seeking a Project Manager, Vehicle Operations to drive vehicle programs across cross-functional teams from concept through production in our California operations. You will manage schedules, milestones, risks, and communications to ensure on-time execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience in automotive, vehicle, or hardware environments.
• Experience managing hardware life cycles and applying change management processes (ECR/ECO, PLM).
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills; familiarity with Jira/Confluence/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage vehicle development programs from concept through production and end-of-life.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on program objectives and execution plans.
• Track program risks, issues, and actions, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate program reviews, status meetings, and readiness assessments.
• Support engineering change management and implementation activities.
• Maintain program documentation, metrics, and reporting for visibility to stakeholders.
