Job summary

GLOVIS America, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager – Vehicle Processing Operations to lead a high-volume vehicle processing environment.

You will drive daily operations, meet production targets, manage aging inventory, and reduce vehicle dwell through proactive coordination across processing, installation, body shop, mechanical, quality, and support functions. This role acts as the primary operational contact for the customer, ensuring strong communication, satisfaction, and alignment with

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of Operations, Manufacturing, warehousing or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of general operations administration functions.
• Generate analysis and reporting tools for port operation.
• Coordinate activities across processing, body shop, mechanical, parts, warranty, quality, yard and transportation.
• Handle data validation, entry and reconciliation across databases (VELES, SAP, ACES, GPQMS, AMOS).
• Provide reports and administrative support for scanners and programs.
• Address customer service issues promptly and engage customers for one-to-one service.
