As a remote Vehicle Processing Clerk (Disposition Coordinator) at Morley, you’ll help people across the country return vehicles to the auto manufacturer. You'll be a friendly contact who makes sure every case contains proper documentation. Your work helps ease a potentially stressful process for our clients.

What Can I Expect?

• We provide the tools you need to do your job effectively and connect with your team.
• Our reacquired vehicle management team is experienced in handling vehicle buybacks efficiently, with established processes and strong relationships.

What You'll Do

• Communicate with clients, customers, lien holders, dealerships, state agencies, and suppliers to complete vehicle repurchases.
• Handle inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and mail.
• Secure required documentation by contacting appropriate parties to expedite the process.
• Track case handling through documentation systems.
• Meet performance metrics.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously within guidelines.
• Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels while maintaining a positive attitude.

Eligibility Requirements
