Glovis America, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Vehicle Processing Center Lead to oversee daily vehicle processing operations in a fast-paced logistics setting. You will lead and coordinate a team, drive productivity and quality, and report issues to management.

Overtime including weekends may be required. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year lead experience preferred, and a valid driver’s license. English literacy and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Read and understand English-language instructions and safety documentation.
• Minimum 1 year of lead experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily vehicle processing operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Monitor inspections, installations, detailing, fueling, and quality checks.
• Communicate updates and priorities to management and team.
• Assist with training new employees on VPC procedures and safety expectations.
• Identify and resolve operational delays and bottlenecks.
• Ensure team has necessary tools and adheres to policies and safety procedures.
• Promote a safe, positive team environment.
• Escalate safety concerns and incidents to management promptly.
• Ensure adherence to customer requirements and process standards.
