Job summary

XPEL is seeking an Installation Support Tech to provide technical support at brick-and-mortar, mobile, or on-site locations. You will assist with daily shop tasks and ensure smooth operations for each installation and delivery.

Responsibilities include preparing orders, stocking film, transporting vehicles, keeping the shop clean, assisting with parts preparation and final vehicle inspections, and supporting the team with inventory and day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs and work safely around vehicles.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the U.S. is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills for team interaction.
• Must be able to drive high-end vehicles and follow deadlines.
• 2+ years of driving experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare orders for installation and delivery.
• Stock shelves with film and related materials.
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership as needed.
• Keep the shop area organized, clean and safe.
• Assist with parts preparation for applications.
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles.
• Assist with monthly inventory and general team tasks.
• Porter clients as needed to support service flow.
