Job summary

XPEL, Inc. is seeking an Installation Support Tech to provide hands-on technical support at our brick-and-mortar, mobile, or on-site locations. You will prepare orders, stock parts, transport vehicles, and help with daily tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include preparing parts, cleaning vehicles, assisting with inventory, and ensuring high-quality finishes for each delivery. A valid US driver’s license, ability to lift 45 lbs, and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• Must have excellent verbal communication skills (customer-facing).
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling equipment and materials.
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US.

• Keep the shop organized and clean.
• Assist with preparation of parts for application.
• Clean vehicles to prepare for application and delivery.

• Cut kits.
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles.
• Assist clients as needed.

• Stock shelves with various six boxes of film
• Transport vehicles to and from the dealership
• Keep the shop picked up, organized and clean
• Help prepare parts for application
• Clean/wipe down vehicles to prepare them for application and delivery
• Assist the team with day-to-day tasks
• Assist with monthly inventory
• Keep towels laundered
• Cut kits
• Perform final inspections and bubble checks on outgoing vehicles
• Porter clients as needed

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to comfortably and safely drive high-end vehicles
• Adherence to deadlines
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Unrestricted work authorization in the US
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 45 lbs
