Job summary

United Security Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Patrol Shift Supervisor for a part-time 1st shift position on weekends at an industrial site in Winthrop, MA.

Responsibilities include security patrols from a company vehicle, access control, and monitoring entrances/exits to ensure safety and security. Qualifications include prior security experience, proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint, and excellent communication and typing skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Active Driver's License is required.
• Experience in security preferred.
• Proficient with technology and multiple software applications.
• Excellent customer service or concierge experience.
• Ability to type quickly and process visitors/employees efficiently.
• Clear and concise spoken communication.
• Ability to maintain a neat, organized workstation.

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings and grounds, identify unsafe conditions and improperly secured areas to prevent theft, injuries or damages.
• Project a positive image in dress and decorum.
• Maintain regular, consistent attendance.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, policies and orders.
• Interact with guests and employees in a professional manner.

Job Summary: USI is seeking high level security officers for an industrial site. Job Duties include performing security patrols of designated areas on a company vehicle, observing for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards, maintaining access control of premises and monitoring entrances and exits.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Previous Security experience preferred
• Proficient with technology and using multiple software and applications
• Customer service experience or concierge experience required
• Ability to type quickly to process visitors and employees efficiently.
• Speak clearly and concisely
• Ability to keep a neat and organized workstation
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to conduct foot patrols frequently

Responsibilities include:

• Patrol buildings and grounds, identify unsafe conditions and improperly secured areas/property to help prevent theft, injuries or damages.

• Maintains regular, consistent attendance record.
• Knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have experience in providing detailed case reports.
• Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment.
