United Security Inc. in Cranston, RI is hiring a Retail Security Officer for full-time 1st/2nd shifts, including weekends. The role requires guarding property, patrolling, enforcing regulations, and maintaining a safe environment for clients and employees.

Responsibilities

• Guards property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
• Patrols buildings and grounds to ensure doors are locked and secured.
• Preserves order and enforces security regulations.
• Watches for and reports conditions that could result in injury or loss due to fire hazards, leaking pipes, spills, faulty equipment.
• Use of oral de-escalation methods to control disagreements.
• All other job duties as related or assigned by USI Management.

Job Skills / Requirements

Retail Security Officer | Full-time | $20/hour

Schedule:

Saturday- 5 pm - 12 am

Thursday- 6 pm - 11 pm

Friday- 3 pm - 11 pm

Security Officer Responsibilities and Duties:

• Guards property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
