Job summary

United Security Inc. seeks high-level security officers for a corporate office complex. Duties include patrolling designated areas on foot, observing for security concerns, maintaining access control, and greeting visitors.

Officers provide superior customer service to clients and employees, ensure safety, and respond professionally to incidents. This full-time/part-time role covers 1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform foot patrols.

Responsibilities

• Patrol buildings and parking areas to identify unsafe conditions.
• Provide a high level of customer service to visitors and staff.
• Maintain access control and monitor entrances/exits.
• Attend to the front desk and greet customers.
• Prepare detailed case reports and maintain records.
• Present a professional image in dress and conduct.

Job Summary: USI is seeking high level security officers for a corporate office complex. Job Duties may include performing security patrols of designated areas by foot, observing for any conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards, maintaining access control of premises and monitoring entrances and exits. Attending to the front desk, and greeting customers. Security Officers provide high level of customer service and assistance to clients, client employees and visitors in a polite and professional manner.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Exceptional Customer Service
• Proficient with technology and using multiple software and applications
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to type quickly to process visitors and employees efficiently.
• Speak clearly and concisely
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to conduct foot patrols frequently

Responsibilities include:

• Patrol buildings and parking area, identify unsafe conditions and improperly secured areas/property to help prevent theft, injuries or damages.
• Provide a high level of customer service by interacting with visitors and staff in a professional manner that is proactive, friendly and helpful
• Projects a positive image in dress and decorum.
• Maintains regular, consistent attendance record.
• Knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders.
• Interacts with guests and employees in a professional manner.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Must have experience in providing detailed case reports.
• Excellent computer skills with high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards.
• Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment.
