Allstate Security is hiring a part-time Vehicle Patrol Driver for an early-morning unlock route in San Diego. If you are dependable, enjoy working independently, and take pride in arriving on time and completing each stop carefully, this role offers a consistent four-day schedule with shifts ending by 7:30 a.m.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $22.85 per hour.
• Part-time: 16 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday.
• Thursday: Green Unlocks, 3:30–7:30 a.m.
• Friday: Green Unlocks, 3:30–7:30 a.m.
• Saturday: Unlocks, 3:00–7:00 a.m.
• Sunday: Unlocks, 3:00–7:00 a.m.
• Location: San Diego, with travel between assigned properties.

Each shift begins and ends on the day listed. Applicants must be available for all four shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive safely between assigned properties and complete scheduled unlock duties according to site post orders.
• Check access points and assigned areas for unusual activity, damage, or safety concerns.
• Follow key and access-control procedures and protect company and client property.
• Record completed stops, patrol activity, and incidents accurately and promptly.
• Communicate delays, access issues, and security concerns to the operations team.
• Provide professional, courteous service while following company procedures.

Operational Expectations

• Arrive on time, remain alert during early-morning hours, and complete the assigned route thoroughly.
• Follow site instructions and maintain dependable attendance throughout the Thursday–Sunday schedule.
• Use a smartphone and basic applications to communicate and document your work.

Requirements

• Current California BSIS Guard Card and valid driver’s license.
• At least 25 years old, per the company insurance requirement for vehicle patrol drivers.
• Clean driving record with no DUIs or moving violations within the past five years; a current DMV driving record is required.
• Ability to work independently, follow written instructions, and write clear reports in English.
• Availability for every shift listed above.

Preferred Experience

Two to three years of vehicle patrol experience is preferred, not required. Candidates with less experience who meet the requirements are encouraged to apply.
