Applied Intuition is hiring a technical program manager for Vehicle OS. The role sits between customers, subject-matter experts, proposals, project delivery, and the engineering work needed to make complex autonomy programs land.

This is not a pure roadmap PM position. It is a customer-facing technical program role for physical AI software where coordination, technical judgment, and implementation realism matter.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technical programs with customers.
• Ability to understand autonomy, vehicle software, or adjacent embedded systems.
• Strong cross-functional coordination with engineering and commercial teams.
• Comfort owning both proposal work and delivery follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical pursuits and delivery plans for Vehicle OS customers.
• Turn customer pain points into scoped proposals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with engineering, sales, and subject-matter experts.
• Track program execution across requirements, timing, risk, and final outcomes.
