As a Vehicle Operations Specialist (VOS), you will be a key contributor to our Delivery & Field Operations organization. We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy organizing, maintaining cleanliness, and working in a values-based culture that encourages diversity. Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory, including completing paperwork.
• Ensure quality standards through vehicle washing, detailing, and correction activities.
• Maintain the delivery readiness of vehicles.
• Conduct quality control for delivery-ready vehicles and communicate defects to the service department.
• Organize and maintain secure key management for vehicle inventory.
• Maintain the inventory lot, ensuring safe and accessible drive lanes at all times.
• Transport vehicles to/from secondary locations, including customer and fleet vehicles.
• Maintain adequate inventory of essential supplies.
• Prepare, inspect, and stage customer trade-ins for remarketing and transport to auction.
• Conduct weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits.
• Work collaboratively with onsite and remote teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Participate in workshops to improve quality and efficiency under guidance from leads/managers.
• Proficient in computers and software, including Microsoft Office and internal platforms.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in operations, logistics, or lot management; EV or detailing experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Flexible schedule supporting nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Competent with computers and software, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid driver’s license in your state/province; ability to obtain and maintain local sales licenses if applicable.
• No recent drug or alcohol-related driving incidents; no serious moving violations in the past 3 years; no recent driver’s license suspensions or revocations.
• Ability to work in various conditions, including active service centers and unpredictable weather.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Ability to interpret documents like regulations, safety instructions, and schematics.
