Buerkle Honda in Minnesota is seeking a dependable Vehicle Operations Associate to help keep our dealership running smoothly. You will move and stage vehicles, keep lots organized, and ensure vehicles are ready for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred, but not required).

Responsibilities

• Move vehicles throughout the dealership and between departments.
• Retrieve, stage, and position vehicles for customers and dealership staff.
• Maintain organization, appearance, and accuracy of vehicle inventory on the lot.
• Coordinate vehicle deliveries, dealer trades, and vehicle transfers between locations as needed.
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery by ensuring they are fueled, charged, clean, and properly staged.
• Conduct routine lot inspections to verify vehicle placement and condition.
• Respond to vehicle movement requests from sales, service, and management teams.
• Assist with snow removal from vehicles and lot preparation during winter months.
• Monitor lot conditions and maintain a safe, clean, and professional dealership environment.
