Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Vehicle Operability Manager to lead a technical team focused on improving vehicle operability through diagnostics and software updates. You will develop advanced diagnostic methodologies and collaborate with global teams to standardize workflows and ensure quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

The role involves coordinating 8–20 internal staff and 3–20 external partners, with a strong emphasis on real-world plant and field diagnostics across vehicle platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 8 years of experience in architecture design, diagnostics, validation and integration across vehicle platforms.
• Experience with CAN, CAN FD, Ethernet and LIN bus protocols and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a technical team to maintain Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance for the program.
• Identify and resolve electrical issues and update vehicles with compatible software configurations.
• Develop methodologies and tools for efficient vehicle diagnostics and validation.
• Architect and standardize operational workflows with global teams and ensure compliance.
• Forecast workload and manage resources to meet milestones and program goals.
• Oversee 8-20 internal collaborators and 3-20 external service providers.
