Job summary

Winter Park Resort seeks a Vehicle Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate fleet maintenance across snow cats, trucks, buses and support equipment. You will supervise mechanics, schedule repairs, and ensure accurate maintenance records while following all policy guidelines.

Requirements include strong mechanical troubleshooting, a valid Colorado driver’s license, and leadership experience. The role offers year-round opportunities with competitive hourly wages and resort benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
• Valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Ability to operate Winter Park heavy equipment and snow vehicles.
• Supervisory/leadership experience desirable.
• Experience maintaining mechanical logs and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanics within shop.
• Schedule vehicle and equipment repairs.
• Maintain maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with Purchasing/Departments on parts & inventory.
• Direct staff and plan time schedules.
• Maintain safety and shop cleanliness.
