Job summary

The Hertz Corporation, Hawaii, is seeking an Automotive Sales Lot Attendant to keep the lot organized, vehicles presentable, and customer-ready. You will manage inventory flow and ensure a professional, ready-to-drive environment, working with a team that values integrity and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be at least 20 years of age.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work any assigned shift based on operational needs.
• Internal candidates must have completed their probationary period with excellent attendance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Control the flow of vehicles on the lot, including inventory management and updating vehicle status in the fleet system.
• Maintain lot merchandising standards with pricing stickers, buyer’s guides, and frame plates.
• Park, align and organize vehicles for a clean, professional lot.
• Manage the back-overflow lot and assist with dealer trades and shuttling vehicles to vendors.
• Assist with fuel logs, filing reports, and additional reports for the Location Manager.
