Job summary

Holman Leith Honda in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Lot Attendant to maintain organized vehicle inventory and assist Sales or Service teams. You will greet clients, tag and park vehicles, and help ensure smooth service-drive flow.

The role is full-time, on-site with hours from 10am to 7pm, alternating Saturdays, and offers $15 per hour along with a benefits package including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet and Greet clients in the service drive
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day
• Parking vehicles after advisor check in, pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives
• Keeping the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently
• Getting vehicles to/from wash as needed
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately
• Other duties as assigned
