Job summary

Holman in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Lot Attendant to greet clients in the service drive, tag incoming vehicles, and manage vehicle movement to keep traffic flowing smoothly. You will assist with wash logistics, maintain a clean service area, and provide excellent customer service while ensuring safety and security of vehicles and premises.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Meet and Greet clients in the service drive.
• Tag incoming vehicles for proper tracking throughout the day.
• Parking vehicles after advisor check in, pull vehicles down after vehicle completion when client arrives.
• Keeping the service drive neat and clean and traffic moving efficiently.
• Getting vehicles to/from wash as needed.
• Keep track of completed waiting vehicles from wash to be pulled down in a timely manner.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Ensure the safety and security of vehicles, equipment, and premises, reporting any issues or concerns to management immediately.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education
